Marcelo is the grand son of the owner of Belmont (a fascinating emerald deposit discovered 46 years ago on a cattle ranch in Minas Gerais state of Brazil). After studying mining engineering, he developed this family owned mine as one of the most modern and efficient in the world. - Cyrille Djankoff (aka @cyrilledjankoff ), the head of Colored Stones at Bonas (aka @bonasgroup ) since 2020. One way to prevent confusion between lab-grown and natural diamonds is to prioritise educating consumers about their differences. There is often a tendency to conflate the two, when in reality, sellers should treat them as distinct categories targeting different consumer demographics.
