“I believe everything is interconnected. From the young age of collecting stones and fossils, browsing the windows of antique shops to studying the thought provoking works of Land artists and stumbling into the the world of Chinese snuff bottles. One vein that really connected each one is nature’s sacred art form – Gemstones.”

I get my love for jewellery from my mother. I was charmed by my mother’s antique ring and was brought up with a taste for antique European jewellery and fine decorative arts.

“I think Jewellery can be spiritual and emotional and enlightening and uplifting and sublime. You feel the energy of each stone, each piece of jewellery. I’ve always been fascinated by the tactile quality of jewellery – you can’t get more intimate to any painting or piece of art than skin on skin, wearable sculpture and delving into the loupe.”
